Residential two storey project with a built-up area of 3100 sqft. The area of the ground floor is 1650 sqft and includes a living + dining space, kitchen, alter, parents bedroom and guest bedroom. The first floor area is 1450 sqft, comprising of 2 bedrooms, projector area, activity area and study.
The Challenge
Transforming a dated bathroom into a spa-like sanctuary while working within the constraints of the existing plumbing layout.
Our Solution
By relocating the vanity and installing a freestanding tub, we completely changed the flow of the space. Heated floors, ambient lighting, and a steam shower complete the spa experience.
